INGREDIENTS
* 6 ripe avocados, seeded, peeled, cut into chunks
* 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
* 1 cup corn kernels
* 1 medium sweet onion, diced
* 2 large Roma tomatoes, seeded, diced
* 3 chipotle peppers in abodo sauce, diced
* 2 cups cottage cheese
* 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
* 1 pint plain yogurt, drained 1 hour
* 2 (1 ounce) packets Dry Hidden Valley Ranch%26#174; Dressing Mix
* Tortilla chips (patsies)
DIRECTIONS
* Mash avocados with lime juice and ranch mix in large bowl until creamy and chunky. Add corn, onion, tomatoes, peppers and cilantro. Stir in cottage cheese.
* Spread mixture evenly onto 9x13 rectangular baking sheet.
* Place yogurt into pastry bag with small round tip. Use white yogurt to create yard lines and yard markers.
* Tuck tortilla chips (patsies) around the edges.
* Serve with remaining chips.
