INGREDIENTS

* 1 3/4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (skinned before cooking and cooked without salt)

* 1 cup finely chopped walnuts

* 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

* 1 celery rib, finely chopped

* 1 small onion, finely chopped

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

* Assorted crackers


DIRECTIONS

* In a bowl, combine the chicken, walnuts, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt and garlic powder. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
