Filet Mignon

Sue came home with a bag of prime filet mignon. A dash of Italian and bacon were added and the die was cast for a fine dining experience.

The coals were brought up to proper fiery consistency. Flames were shooting out the vent so I closed it down briefly to bring things under control.
