So, this might not exactly be rocket science food.

its certainly not elegant. or healthy. or pretty to look at. its not even that cheap.

what is it? "It" is yotemeal. and it soon will be taking the country by storm. so get ready.

Maypo Wheat
Oatmeal (quick is preferable - the chopped up stuff. which can be made by sticking some oatmeal into a food processor for a few seconds)
Plain yogurt (lowfat works!)
Brown sugar (dark is preferable)
Honey
Milk!

You will need:
Bowl
Spoon

Basically, measurements are not too important, the only semi important thing is to use about 1/4 to 1/5 volume of maypo wheat to oatmeal.

Step 1:

Pour some oatmeal into a bowl.
