Absolut Pitstop
First make the Absolut Mandrin cream:
1 part Absolut Mandrin
9 parts cream
1 tsp sugar
Beat the cream with Absolut Mandrin and sugar.
And then prepare the drink:
40 ml Absolut Mandrin
40 ml Espresso liqueur
Build over 2 ice cubes in a rocks glass.
Add the whipped Absolut Mandrin cream as a lid on top.
Sprinkle a little instant coffe powder on top as decoration.
