Blueberry Cheesecake
175 g creamy yoghurt
50 ml Advocaat
30 ml Bols Lemon Ice Vodka
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Put 2 tsp blueberry jelly in the bottom of a cocktail glass.
Strain the drink from the shaker over into the glass over the jelly.
Sprinkle a crushed digestive cracker and som ground lemon peal over the top.
