Ingredients:
Chicken Wings 1Kilo
Salt %26amp; Pepper (Mixed 1:1) 1 Tbs
Flour 1 Cup
Cornstarch 2 Tbs
Cooiking Oil 2 Cups
Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup
Green Pepper (Sigang) 3 Pcs
Monosodium Glutamate 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 1 Cup
Water 2 Cups
Spring Onion
Salt %26amp; Pepper (Mixed 1:1) 1 Tbs
Flour 1 Cup
Cornstarch 2 Tbs
Cooiking Oil 2 Cups
Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup
Green Pepper (Sigang) 3 Pcs
Monosodium Glutamate 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 1 Cup
Water 2 Cups

Preparation:
1. Cover chicken wings with mix flour, salt %26amp; pepper.
2. Deep fry the chicken. Set aside.
3. Bring the 2 cups of water into boil. Add soy sauce, msg, sliced green pepper (sigang), msg and sugar. Add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
4. Mix the fried chicken %26amp; the sauce.
5. Put it into a White Big Plate. Sprinkle with sliced Spring onion.
6. Serve 6 to 8 persons.
