Ingredients:
1 whole cut up chicken or 8 to 10 chicken thighs
1 small can of tomato paste
1 can of beer (any beer)
10-12 spanish olives with pimentos
Seasoning salt, garlic powder, black pepper.
Preparation:
Clean and season the chicken to taste and put it in the crock-pot.
In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste and the beer together and then pour into the crock-pot.
Put 10-12 spanish olives into the crock-pot (or more if you like olives).
Cook on low setting for approx. 6 hrs.
Serve over rice.
