Grilled Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
1 slab of pork ribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 tsp honey dijon mustard
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 small onion finely minced
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup citrus juice ( i used our native calamansi for this recipe. lime or lemon would do or even plain vinegar)
hot sauce (put as much as you would like)
salt and pepper to taste
