INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
* 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
* 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup honey
* 2 teaspoons lime zest
* sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
* Place the onion, parsley, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper, and lime zest in the bowl of a small food processor or blender. Process until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately, or place in a covered container and refrigerate until needed.
