INGREDIENTS
* 3 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise
* 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
* 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
* Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
* Place zucchini in a skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until tender, about 12-14 minutes. Drain; brush with butter. Sprinkle with dill and salt and pepper if desired.
