INGREDIENTS
* 2 (8 ounce) packages dry corn bread mix
* 1 red onion, chopped
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 tomato, chopped
* 4 cups mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS
* Prepare cornbread according to the box instructions. Cool, crumble and place in a large bowl.
* Mix in red onion, bell pepper, tomato, and mayonnaise. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 18 hours.
